All SE phones can do this through the PC Suite, and hoepfully K850 will have support from My Phone Explorer

absolutely. PC-suite 3 isnt actually that bad.
You can synch contacts, notes, calender and task from outlook as well as bookmarks from your browser.
not only that, but the SMS manager is usable for sending messages quite nicely too. A popup when new messages arrive would be the icing though.
EDIT: k850i seems to work fine with MPE too. I've successfully managed to backup phone contacts off a k800i and restore them to a k850i. Entire phone backup and restore from k800 to k850i didnt work though, and MPE warned that it might not.

Ok, so I have synced to Outlook. However, for contacts with addresses, there does not seem to be enough space in the "Street" section on the phone and therefore not the whole address is transferred, i.e. pieces of the address are missing...
This is on my W660i but I am assuming the amount of space in each field is the same as in the K850i?
