Got my k850i through the post the first day it came out on o2! but today the softkeys just failed to respond!!
phoned o2 and someone will be coming to swap it for a new one on tuesday!! really annoyed that it has broke already!!
has anyone else had this problem??

My dad got a new car, a BMW to be precise, a company car lol he coudl never afford one yet he got that very one that had to go wrong, they replaced it of course... but its not the same as getting the good one first off.
