hey guys,

my week old vodafone branded k850i is having trouble with the usb interface,

when i plug the usb into any pc, the windows prompt allows me to open the phone folders, but all internal folders have little padlock sysmbols attached to them, i cant even view cam pics, they have to be copied to a new folder also, then when you try to use se suite, it says the device is not connected/turned off.

i have told vodafone to take it back, but im just wondering if this is a glitch with my phone or common on the k850i

i currently have the w900i and like the phone, esp the head phones that come with it lol the k850i head phones are naff.

so now im back to the start, do i wait to the w960i comes out with the 3.2mp cam and walkman features, or choose a lower model or keep to the k850i and buy some better headphones, if they do them. the ones i have are the small rubber ones that go right into the ear

regards jake

if you got a microSD card, you have to slide the switch (Like in the old 3.5" disc's, to open your card.

Think it should work then.

Yeah i face the same problem but gotten over as i copy them all out of the phonecard then erase them all and snap new shots each day/s. It's a glitch i must say in the phone but it could be easily fixed when patched.
