> How to upgrade R380s and T68m-->i firmware

I have a T68m upgraded to i and the R6A firmware files, but I dont know how the flash my phone. I also have a data cable. What do I need to falsh my T68 by myself.
What is the latest firmware version for R380s? I have a R380s with
Phone: 000807 1625 CXC112146 R1A06
Organiser: 000823 2053 CXC112159/6 R1A07

or if you upgrade it to R380e firmware:
Phone: 010817 1334
Org: 011219 1749
if you use the search you can find threads about updating your phone by yourself... just remember that you risk loosing all warranty on the phone..

First of all, the data cable is not a flash cable,there's diference between them.I think you can't flash da fone with this cable.

What is the latest desktop communication software for the R380s?
I have R380 Communication suite Version 1.0.
I am unable to sync all my contacts with my R380s. Only a few contacts are synchronised at random with my Outlook XP. What is that problem? Has anyone else had this problem? Is it a software problem? If so, are there any patches to rectify this problem?
