I have a modded K550i:

1)New camdriver (MHQ beta)
2)New acoustics (w880i default)
3)And a modded menu: A few new icons, rearranged menu (video player and radio interchanged and a new shortcuts menu that has links to some default and java apps)

I want to flash my phone to w610i...

My question is this: If I flash my main alone and leave my file system as it is what will happen?

Will my mods remain? Will I loose any data such as contacts, pics etc? I don't think so as these depend on only the FS but any help from an experienced modder will be welcome...

And what will happen if i use a flash menu? How will it behave as my menu is already modded?

And will my cam shutter work? I want the w610i fw for the flash menus and the better player?

The phone will work fine with a different/same FS EXCEPT English is the only language that you will be able to select.

Contacts you wont lose & pictures etc. Any pics on phone memory would only be lost if you flash the fs, same with contacts. Although you can back them up to your memory card through the phone & with myphoneexplorer.

It depends, if you changed your icons, you will only see them when you turn off the flash theme. Any sub-menus will be fine though because a flash menu just hooks a sub-menu from the menu.ml once you have selected an option.

The camera shutter will not work. You will have to start the camera manually and pull down the shutter.
