> k810i Buttons not responding

Has anyone else experienced problems with there k810i and the buttons not responding, I’ve only had mine for two months and I’m already having problems with the 4, 6, 7, 9, *, 0 and space keys which are now very un-responsive
Also, since the phone is so new I don’t want to take it apart myself to see what the problem is so I was wondering how I would go about sending it in for repair at a Sony centre

Guess you got a faulty unit there.
I can't help you, but maybe you could contact SE support. Or someone else here on the site could tell you how (and where) to send your phone.

well it looks like its going to be sent in for repair, is it wise to use there free post service? I was thinking about it but thought it would be best to mail it via recorded
