Hi guys, I've been trying to make my album art to be visible in the P1i Music Player but somehow it won't appear.

When the same set of mp3 transfered to my W950i, it works like a charm.

Any idea?

Go to Amazon and find your album. Right-click on the image and save as a jpg. Copy the jpg to the same directory as your album on your UIQ3 device. That's all.

Best regards,

Hi!

try this, works for me, but might not be technically correct!

Play the music file in Windows Media Player ( but WinAmp might be better )

Right click on the title of the track and go to ' find in libary '

then right click again. and look for 'Advanced Tag Editor'

choose the ' Pictures ' tab and add a picture ( that you placed in the same directory as the music files, for ease )

choose ' user defined ' and type a 'description' i.e singers name

then click 'apply'

And then transfer the file to your phone and see what happens.

There might be easier ways, but this works for me, so don't flame me anyone !

I use amaroK on my laptop, it fetches the covers for me automatically and then I just copy the whole folder to my P1i.

Works like a charm.
