Ok, I've searched but if this has been posted already then please correct me.
I've been trying to sync my new k850 with my outlook and it's notes but it simply does not want to work! Everything else sync's fine though. I've also tried to manually add notes onto the phone but it does not save them even though it clearly says 'saved' after creating one.
Is anyone else having this problem and if so, have you found a solution to it yet?

my only thought is that in the sync settings in the pc suite perhapsnotes sync is disabled?

I haven't had any issues either. Mine is the same firmware version but the customization is APAC-ANZ.

Completely uninstall PC Suite - especially if you have used it with a previous phone.
Re-install the K850 PC Suite (don't plug in the USB until you are done).... reboot the PC, then plug in the K850.
Works for me. My main problem is an old version of PC Suite.
