Hi i am new here, i have a problem on my K850I where when i try to get into my games and applications i get an operation failed message....
I am not sure if java is damaged? Anyone had this and fixed it or know how to fix it please?

I had the same problem only it was with my messages
My phone was only 2 days old and all of a sudden it wouldnt let me into my messages saying "operation failed"
I called o2 and they advised it was a software fault and they changed it.
I would get back onto the network if a were u cause sounds like same fault

Yes i got a 4 gig one when i got phone been using for 1 week now prob, i put some games and apps on today and went to open and i got those messages.
Before that i could use the games etc.

Cause my messages worked fine but was after a received a pic via bluetooth from my mate that they just stopped working. I couldnt even receive any either

I have had similar problem this morning... Must be halloween ghoulies getting in to my phone! I was getting the operation failed when I tried seeing sent messages or inbox etc... Did a reset All in master reset and this has fixed it.
Bare in mind it wipes your memory card too, which I wasn't expecting! Luckily I kept a backup of the memory card on my PC!
