I feel like the answer should be obvious, but I can't seem to download logos via wap. Themes and tones come in just fine.
What am I missing?

The themes I've downloaded have been up to 9k so far, with no problem.
By the way, I have a t300.

Thats strange... If you're able to download large themes, then u really shouldn't have a problem with logos. Tried another wap pages ro just one?

when the logo appears on your screen, have you tried pressing the 'options' key (just under the 'yes' key) and selecting the 'save' option.
i was having the same problem on my t68i until i did that.

I haven't tried other wap sites. I've had trouble finding free ones with cool stuff that have access to usa'ers. Any references?
When I press the options button, "save picture" is "unavailable" (greyyed out). Could there be a setting not in place/turned on?

I have the same problem - on my AT&T T68i, yet my buddy with a Voicestream T68i has no problems... Could be some kind of lock that AT&T have had configured in the phones, although why they would want to do that is anyones guess....

I have had the same problem with my t200. Sometimes the box just didnt appear. I later found out (by trying) that my phone only saves pictures up to 600 bytes. 601 byte picture wont be saved. Pixel size doesnt matter. Byte size of the wml page also doesnt matter.

Hi all,
I just noticed in the FAQ that t300's aren't listed as phones that can download logos. It says "soon" t300s'll be able to download themes, which it can now do. Maybe the color logos will work soon, too.
