Hi I got a problem when I am trying to open the folders Games and Apllications,it says ''operation failed''!!!
What should I do?

Yes you repair it with XS++ by reflashing the firmware. AFAIK no one has yet found out which file(s) to upload to fix it. So we just reload everything (reflash) and it will be fixed. All your data will be gone so back up first.
SEUS can NOT fixed it.

dont think so. flashing it with xs v2.2 takes like 10 minutes or so. give it a go.
