i am updating my

K550i's firmware and its on 96% since past 5 minutes...

how much time does it take in general?
what should i do?

i've heard SEUS can even get stuck at 99%. so what does make the difference here, 3%? no. let's wait it hasnt stopped there.

well, what i say is that seus uses to get stuck sometimes. if the upgrading doesnt success then try to flash it yourself. it's easy, very easy.

btw: i hope the upgrading process gets completed.

i did the update and it was successful

but i am facing the same prob which i was facing before the update

my K550i is not showing half the words
like in menu for messaging it shows "e ag g "
for inbox it shows " b x"
its not showing half the text everywhere

that was the reason i was updating the phone software
but even after the update i am facing the same prob

what should i do?

Hi Evil eye,

The SEUS update takes as much time as your net speed allows it to do so.

First thing, do not disconnect your phone until the SEUS tells you to.
The second issue looks like it is a software problem, try updating it again!!!

If it fails then approach a SE service center.

My update took place in flat 10 mins.
