hi

you can get it replaced by buy a new one, of course, or if you have spare parts with you.

been in cnn.cn looking for the flash led, but they dont have it. they have everything but that.

@markz:

magandang gabi, 'tol (good evening, mate)...

try to look around some local repair shops as well. i'm sure there will be an available replacement LED in your area.

i wonder what happened how the LED got busted. could you elaborate further so that we would know and we could avoid the same thing... thanks!

@tranced:

hows that possible with the LED lights getting busted?

i'm no electronics guy but OEM and factory-tested parts getting busted along normal use? must be quality control on the manufacturer's part, i guess.

anyway, thanks for the info, mate! now, i'm wondering what optimum use would a single LED be --- tinny flashlight? lol

cheers!

Hello everyone!

OK, i'll elaborate it...

yah, my flash LED sucks!!
it happened when i tried to replace the whole housing of my phone..( yah, i dissasemble all of the parts and reassemble it again with the new housing)
and when i started to use the torch, it light of it gradually decreases... and.. Poof! its nothing but a little design on my phone...

can it be it only a loose connection??

@markz:

try to check the flat cable connectors. see to it that they are placed back properly (the way it originally was before you took it out). had that problem when i opened my W810 and i simply did that, and it worked fine. otherwise, that could be a HW issue already. look for a replacement somewhere. i'm sure you could find one locally... goodluck, 'tol.

@tranced:

as what i've told markz above, that could be a loose connection. the guy may try to do the same: check the flat cable connection... cheers!
