Hi, I have got my SE K800i in Australia and the phone does not come with the chinese language, therefore, I'm not be able to read and type chinese character in sms. I heard that I need to format my phone and install some software. Does anyone know where can I get the software and how to format the phone? Mind to teach me the steps on how to format? Thanks a lot.

What chinese written language do you want? For easy chinese you can flash your firmware using XS++ 2.2 with CHINA_MAIN and APAC_FS firmware. If you want Taiwan/Hongkong they have their own FS and MAIN firmware TAIWAN_MAIN & TAIWAN_FS or HONGKONG_MAIN & HONGKONG_FS). Search forum on how to use XS++.
