> Can i swap the K850i while on contract?

I have had the k850i from the first day it came out on 02 abou 3 weeks ago. Ihave noticed i have got scratches on the front and bck of the phone and that there is dust where the camera shutter is and the touch screen buttons are not working properly. Overall i am a little disappointed with this phone and just wanted to know if 02 would let me swap it for another phone while i am still on the same contract?.

I think the only option you would have is to send the K850i back as faulty but you would only get a replacement handset. They wouldnt give you a different type of phone.
Only way to get a different phone when taking out new contract is within the 14 guarantee satisfaction period

thanks. I just thought because it is within the 28 day period i might be able to change the phone. I dont really want this phone because loads of people are having trouble with it. I have tried ring 02 for the past 4 days but they just keep on putting me on hold.
