Folks need some help please.
My dads Nokia 6230i is constantly showing the headset logo on the screen and as a result can't here when dialling out etc, loudspeaker works fine.
Any idea how to get rid of the headset logo??
Tried master reset, didn't work!

Check the pins on the bottom on the phone.
Sometimes they can bend in and it the phone thinks that a headset is inserted.
If that fails I have no idea

possible moisture damage? Even a tiny bit of moisture ingress could cause this, try taking the phone apart and giving the internals a clean and check for any corrosion.
