The manual says that W950i's video player can play files in mp4 formats but on my W950 it cant. Does W950i really support MP4s?????

Please help, thanks.

It should. I mean, even my old K500 could play mp4's.

So I should begin to think that my phone's player is faulty then. Because I've tried it so many times and it didn't work. It can only play .3gpp formats.

Very frustrating, can this be fixed? or am i missing something?

It definitely can as I have 3 movies on my phone now that play perfectly. Your firmware may need updating or it may be that they are not encoded to the correct resolution/bitrate?

I just updated mine thru SEUS about a week ago. In terms of correct resolution/bitrate, can u discuss this further to me please. Coz the MP4 files that I have came from different sources. Does this mean that W950i can only play MP4 with matching bitrate/resolution? If does how would i know the correct bitrate/resolution?
