help please, just upgraded my phone from k800i to k850i, tried to remove myphoneexplorer from computer and restart it, so it recognizes my new phone, but its not happening, any help lads,for 4 hours iv been trying to do this, it just aint letting me put in my new phone details

How are you connecting your phone? By usb or by bluetooth? You don't need to remove MPE and reinstall, you can select your new phone from within MPE. However, have you installed the relevant drivers if you're using the usb cable? If you're using bluetooth, you may have to change the com-port from within MPE, at least that's how it was for me.

The K850i is already supported and tested.
Please install the drivers - be sure that you connect in "Phone-mode". Then choose in MyPhoneExplorer Settings->Search device
EDIT: And don't forget that it make problems if the PC-Suite is running in background

huhuhu..help me i cant get trough my phone sxplorer and oxycube..i dnt know wat im going to do..i badly need to print my messages..but after i download the 2 nothng happens and in oxycube waiting for hours to connect and still nothng happpens
