hi can some one help me I've downloaded xs++
and i want to use the program everything works but when i connect my phone like the program asks it can't connect has some one any advice for me thx

Have you done like this:

Shut down the phone
start XS++ and press Connect button
press and hold the "C" button
connect the cable to phone
continue to press the C button until phone is connected
