> K850i Rubbish Flash?

I got the K850i on thursday. Whenever I take a photo with the flash, the photo is practically pitch black, absolutely rubbish photo. It happens even in low light conditions. The photos without the flash are fine, but sometimes need a flash to help it come out better, but all photo's taken with the flash just do not come out. I have tried all scenes and settings, but the result is the same. I cannot keep the phone like this as it is useless in this state, and i cannot believe everyone else's K850i does this. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anybody have any idea what is wrong, and what should I do next??
