OK, prior to my firmware update I tried to do a complete backup. I tried about five times and failed each and every time.

So I unchecked unified inbox and it worked a treat.

HOWEVER upon checking my windows event log i found five instances of

The program BMUI.exe version 1.2.9.110 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Problem Reports and Solutions control panel. Process ID: 874 Start Time: 01c817f116ec20f0 Termination Time: 13

Now, I don't recognise the EXE, but can everyone else who gets this issue confirm if each time the backup fails they get a error for the above exe?

Checking google it appears to be "Buzme by RingCentral, Inc - internet call waiting. Intercepts telephone calls like an answering machine and plays the voice message on your PC. Only required when you're on-line and via dial-up modem"

[EDIT] found the EXE, it is the backup program itself by the look of it.
