Current situation indicates SE is getting focused on making money but with questionable quality...it is hard to recall this pattern on SE previously but could this be the reason on change in strategy..i am getting fed up and seriously thingking on buying NOKIA as my next phone since their high end one is really masterpiece..K850 and W960 are the strongest evidence of SE downturn even Eldar has started questioning their current approach...anybody to help me stay with SE again?

see i feel the same thing they started with something good like w800i, t630i and k750i and now they have all this phones that dont have the feeling that your not holding a mobile with specification. the metal buttons or squared located at t650i and w880i are bad looking in a phone id rather have a good looking buttons like w800i with top technology .not a phone that has a100 software with java 7.5. and now they changed jave 8.0 a200.or sumbian phones that have 9.1 os the rest of company like samsung ,motoral etc. have 9.2 os . im going to wait to see the november product and if sony ericsson has no effert on its upcoming i would say good bye the end of sony ericsson because im not going to waste my money on phone that are not worth it. I would say wait and see.

Try sailing on other river, sticking on one place makes us boring no matter how many innovations they would bring(if there was actually) but remember returning from where you've started actually i am waiting for UIQ 3.1 model from SE and the forthcoming P3 but if SE wont release those to promote their capability in innovations, they're probably going down just like what happened to Siemens

Imho, Miles Flint was the root of all SE's poor strategies. i miss the times when SE undoubtedly rules smartphone, fashion and camera market with their like.no.other P800, T610 and S700 phones since the introduction of K750 Se has started being conscious to their market share and forgetting their loyal costumers who wants innovations. I'm a loyal SE user but sadly, the SE brand name reputation is now degrading

This discussion is really just a repeat of the thoughts given in the SAD SE 2007 Portfolio-Hard to digest facts which discussed all this before degenerating into personal comments.

As that was closed only 2 days ago, and clearly SE hasn't changed anything since then, there is no real need to repeat that discussion until we see what SE are going to do next.
