Billionaire Mukesh Ambani today became the richest person in the world, surpassing American software czar Bill Gates, Mexican business tycoon Carlos Slim Helu and famous investment guru Warren Buffett.Link

This man's father came to Mumbai city with just a Rs.500 ($10) note. He later on founded Reliance Industries with a capital of just Rs.15000 ($350). Today through this very company his son has become the richest man in the world and is worth $63.2 Billion!

Surely there's no better rags to riches(t) story than this...

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, now there is a rags to riches story.

Only joking. Nice to hear of people who start with nothing, and make millions from great ideas, and working hard.

I dont know why they dont give at least 1 billion to charity. The only reason Bill Gates isnt still the richest is because of the amount of money he gave to charity.

Well he could say he donated $3bn...

$1bn would go to a good cause, the rest, back into his many many overflowing pockets.
