I just bought the belkin usb adapter and im having problems conecting to my t68i Can anyone tell me how to work this blue tooth?

It would help if you were more specific as to what you've done and what isn't working. I got the Belkin USB recently also, and it was a pain in the ass getting connected with my T39. In my opinion mostly because the Belkin & Ericsson documentation are lacking a lot of information and don't tell you anything about the specifics of enabling or disabling com ports, etc.
Briefly, there is plenty of info around on pairing, so you should be able to get that to work.
I got the dialup working right away--i.e. using pc to connect to t39 modem to dial my isp. Set up the modem and connection info just as I would normally, and setup the t39 modem to use Bluetooth Serial Port COM 7. I don't remember why COM7, or if it matters which.
Where I spent hours is trying to get the Ericsson Phone Settings program to connect with my phone. In the end, the key for me was to go to the Belkin config screen, Client Services tab, note which COM port is set for Bluetooth Serial Connection; then go to Ericsson Phone Monitor Options application, COM ports tab, and make sure all are disabled except that one COM port (COM3 for me).

I had enabled all the COM ports and I still don't understand why that wouldn't work, but for now I am just content that it is working with only COM3 enabled. Look for the phone icon on your taskbar with the green check mark. That means your PC sees your phone. Sometimes I need to power off and on my phone, and also to make sure my Belkin USB is connected when I start up my PC in order to get a connection.
My system doesn't always like it when I pop the Belkin USB in when it is already started up. Also, I get major interference between my WiFi 802.11b card and the Bluetooth USB--there is no way the Bluetooth works when I have my WiFi on the same laptop.
Lastly, I never got the Ericsson Phone Book Manager working, but XtndConnect works for me with Outlook quite well.
