how do i reinstall the k850i original firmware again coz the seus dosent give me the option to install it the original firmware again .thnx

XS++ and other flashing programs are not yet compatible with the K850 due to different platform it is using... Try Wotanserver if it supports the phone (I'm not 100% sure) but it is not free

No, Wotanserver also does not yet support the platform that new se phones use, afaik only seus will support these phones atm.
