I would say the P990i since people were anticipating its every SEUS (SE Update Service) almost every other month & some esatonians would check updates daily just to have the bugs fixed or be the first to post a review on every update. Though the P990i users are "quiet" lately since most of us consider it as a dead piece if we talk about updates or support from SE, still, there are hopefuls for a surprise update...

if by hyped you mean talked about and anticipated so much because of its delay then of course it was the P990. It took almost a year from announcement until it was available

the P800 was also fairly well "hyped" by this definition too.

For those who remember it, Esato buzzed for ages with anticipation over the T68i ...I'd say even more so than the p990i.

do you mean T68 rather than T68i? because, as I recall it, T68i came out around 3 months after T68 but there was alot of chatter about the T68 which I can also see searching back through the posts

Yeah sony just wanted to slap their badge on ericssons t68.

Most hyped SE has to be the p800 - everybody wanted it - it did everything you could ever ever want a phone to do - didn't it?
