This question has been asked soo many times.

There is no real difference when it comes to phones. Sandisk is faster than sony. They are basically exactly the same just depends how much you are willing to spend on a memory card.

exactly - beware of fake media. Read-up on how to spot fakes, especially if buying off an online auction site.

As for the choice between Sony or Sandisk - its upto you. SE bundle Sandisk memory-sticks with their handsets as OEM, so if they're good enough for sony....

Basically dont buy from anyone on ebay really to be safe, they are not always the cheapest, there are websites who offer memory cards at cheaper prices than ebay powersellers.

Play.com is worth a gander.

AFAIK Sandisk actually make the Memory sticks for Sony so asking which is best is a bit of a no brainer!

Just buy from a reputable retailer and all should be fine!

As to which to buy, go for Sandisk as they are cheaper than the rebadged Sony counterparts!

The last Sony branded Memory Stick I took apart had a Sandisk flash inside as does my W950i, If Sony made their own Flash memory surely would use theirs??
