Hi i need this black plastic thing witch the keypad membrande lays on, i don't know whats it's called in english so i don't know what i should google for..

i think its called a "keypad PCB" which sits on a "keypad stand".
if its the black thing you were specifically referring to, then its the keypad stand.

try to look for this and other parts at this site: cnn.cn
