Hi all, well seems that my SE K850i has started playing up...
When i go Menu > Message > Inbox i get 'Operation Failed' same goes for sent messages, drafts etc...
Should I do a master reset??
Dont really want to but do i have a choice??

This exact same thing happened to me. Turned out it was a software fault and I had to get the phone replaced.
Seems to be happening to alot of the K850i's

you should certainly try a master reset before taking the seus path. that's what its there for.

I hope master reset worked for you, because mine showed operation failed when accessing the inbox too.
After the master reset, my earpiece doesnt work at all

Ive master resetted and now it works fine, though am unhappy that ive lost all my texts which were important but hey ho...
SE are beginning to annoy me....
Bring out some more decent handsets!!

And a really decent handset - N95 8gig :) You have to be 'open minded' thou. (is not a SE, a less open minded chap might find that a deterrent)

i had the same fault with my phone so i dont a master reset and now the phone just stays on the second please wait screen that you get when you do the master reset....... anyone help me overcome this problem please?
