Hey,
As requested by boss masseur, here's a guideline to debranding your v1615 (and probably whatsoever the branded rom, i leave checking this up to you).
1 Make sur you have at least 50% battery charged on the device
2 Make sure ActiveSync is working ok
1 Register at
www.xda-developers.com
2 Get this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=334679
3 Launch the programm and follow precisely instructions (very basic, don't be too in hurry, some steps may take 10/20secs )
If everything is ok, your device is now ready to be flashed with a new rom.
4 Get the rom
French one here ->

English one here ->
http://rapidshare.com/files/5[....]88.07_1.27.12.11_Ship.rar.html
5 Launch the exe and follow instructions
Yata !
If you had to return your device, have a look here for reflashing with branded rom ->

Here's the v1615 by SFR rom (France) ->

Enjoy your brand new Tytn 2 !

Cheers for the pointers - my V1615 is now truly a Tytn II in all but name! Good stuff.
It's worth doing just to get the apps missing from the Vodafone rom, such as Worldcard Mobile and Windows Live/Messenger etc. Plus the HTC phone buttons look better

Does it add a camera to the front as well?

No, but then it would look silly with two cameras on the front, wouldn't it?
Methinks you're confusing the fully equipped V1615 with the "Tilt" version in the US... the Tilt is indeed missing a camera on the front, but the V1615 happily has both - it's only the branding that separates it from the HTC version.
