why cant jad files work on the freeking phone the k800 was fine but this was a nightmere it show info and says would u like to install then it says operation failed wtf.

I had the same problem - restart the phone and it should work.
I dunno why this is, but ut has taken a long old time to get google maps to instal and then to work, but it does now and is beltin.
