I know o2 say that if you take out a contract and if you don't like the phone you can change within 14 days. I just wondered if t-mobile are the same? I'm happy with the contract just want to change the phone. I've looked on the website but can't seem to find anything. I took out my contract on 20th October so i'm still within 14 days.

Unless you took it out online you have like 7 days to return it if I am not mistaken I am pretty certain its not 14. But if you took it out in a store then there is no return policy strange I know but that's T-Mobile for you.

AFAIK 14 days is a standard policy!

I could be wrong and quite often am!

That mean the Pearl's going??

*EDIT*
This was published in 2005 on the register:

However, T-Mobile operates a seven-day returns policy so that customers are tied into the contract if the phone is not returned within that time period - even if they have wasted that time talking to customers services. Customers may therefore be locked into a contract which does not deliver all the services they expected.

sauce

Whether the above still stands though

Ok thanks for the quick reply guys, guess i'll go in tomorrow and see what they say. If the worst comes to the worst i'll just sell it as i'm happy with the contract.

@Nanu yes i'm afraid so i love the BB messenger but i really miss my iphone so i'm going back to that.

says...

So i returned to the store, and asked them about a 14 day return, T-mobile said that they dont do 14 day returns. I rang customer service and they also said that its not policy.

Although as I said, If it's not written on your paper work they have to return it.....
