Being with a network and having a branded phone are different things.

I could be with Vodafone (which I am) and have a branded phone (which I do) or..

I could be with Vodafone, and not have a branded phone.

If it's branded/simlocked it would have T-Mob customization on it, stickers, software (menus etc.) and diff. buttons for example.


And please, can we leave caps lock off?
