> W810i Front Screen Cracked (noob)

ok, about a month ago my front screen cracked on my SE w810i... I can feel the crack, so I know it's just the outside and it not horrible, but saw replacement front screens online for cheap, so figured I'd give it a shot, but then realized I have NO IDEA how to change it out...
Can anyone help me out?

That is what I am looking to replace in case I wasn't clear enough... is it a simple pop out and replace or do I need to dig out my Torrix and take this baby apart?
The more detailed directions, the better... I've taken apart other phones, but that was a week or so before getting rid of it after it was being held together by duct-tape (literally) and I didn't care.
Any help is appreciated!
