hi guys just tried to update my w910i on the computer some how i cant get into my messages on the phone when its disconnected! it comes up 'operation failed' when i try to go into my inbox sent ect..
anyone know whats wrong and how i can fix it much app

Just had this exact same problem with my phone...
Backed all my info up on my comp, using the software that came with the phone, then did a master reset...
Then restored my phone from the software on my comp so i didn't lose anything...
Worked a treat, and was free...

Update firmware with SEUS. If it doesn't help try flashing it with TotalGSM client. it is not free though, but it can solve your problem.
