> Im so annoyed right now! my K850 isnt working

So after not even having my K850 for 24 hours it has broke on me, i tried to start one of my applications and when i try to open the application folder it says operation failed, i turned my phone on then off and it still did it, so i did a master reset, lost loads of pics that came on the phone, and now i lost all my games, even the ones that came with the phone and i try to download opera mini again and it just says operation failed. Im so annoyed, its not so easy here in usa as the uk etc because i got my phone online and now i have to go throgh SE themselves which i heard is not easy.
I have never had a problem with a SE phone before and after waiting so long for this phone to come out i expect better than this

i did and then i disconnected it, the proper way, i did it with the safely remove hardware at the bottom corner of my pc

i have known people who've connected their phones to the pc in this way,dissconnected properly and they got the application failed prob.i think the phone will need to be reflashed to cure it and if possible try to avoid using the data cable when you get it fixed.
i use bluetooth or my memory card reader to transfer files,slower but safer.

Yeah . I had the exactly the same problem , tried master resetting it several times. Ended up getting a replacement.
Was using the datacable , putting a cd onto the phone , when after ejecting the cd , the pc restarted. I lost everything on the card , except the music i'd just put on.
After resetting , I lost the original games , applications and some themes.
However on installing opera mini , it kept saying can't open face warp.
Which was very odd as face warp had disappeared
I'm sticking to using blue tooth with this one.
Never had any problems with the datacable on any of my other se phones.

I had the same problem
Phone was working fine then one day it just wouldnt let me into my messages saying operation failed.
I called up 02 (where i got phone from) and they said it was a software fault and they replaced it
Better get on the blower and get it replaced mate
