Lastnight I found my deal what im leaving 02 for after 8 yrs being with them, reason for leaving been with them for that long I want a change.
Anyways phoned up Retentions there giving me crap like oh you cannot leave till the 23rd, we can offer you Simplicity, then a phone.. Imk thinking they can't give you a phone with Simplicity, the guy was contradicting himself cause he then mentioned about contracts with phones lol
it took 25mins of him chatting to me I came off the phone thinking sod that,
im phoning up again and gonna pay my contract off lol
same rigamorole all over again this time its a woman, offering me deals going on about the phones they have coming out "Am I bothered"? "No"
20mins later I finally get my Pac Code there texting it me and sending it in the post, she didn't seem very happy "Said Good and put the phone down"
Im pulling my hair out at this what a situation just to cancel a contract
anyone else had a hard time with the networks trying to leave?

From what I know with o2, You have to send them a letter of cancellation before they cancel the contract
They cant take a cancellation over the phone. Ad watch that

They will if you are requesting your PAC code.

I forgot to mention im in my last month though so I can upgrade anytime after 23rd Nov.
I feel like half my afternoons been wasted listening to them rattling away geez.. I just hope my Pac Code is sent to me by text cos i'll loose my rag if I have to go thru another one of them calls to them
How can they reward loyalty by offering me a contract more than what im paying for? for beats sake!
