i installed a new faceplate from daydeal.com and it looks great, but now when im talking on the phone, it sounds quieter, even when at max volume. when i use my bluetooth headset or mp3 handsfree its fine but on the phone its quieter. What can i do to make it louder? did i screw something up when i instaled it?

thanks

Most likely you changed the place of you speaker. Believe of, a little movement makes a big sound difference. Plus, why do you want to change you face, i think the regular i fade looks great. But them again i think that because no one has the i where i live. Oh how i love being the only one i know with this phone here. This post was posted from a T68i

thats what i ordered, u cant see in that pic, but when you are using hte phone, the top near hte speaker turns green, and all the buttons turn bright bright blue and you can see the blue thru the phone, much more than with the regularfaceplate

This is a good looking faceplate.

You might have placed the speaker off a few milimeters that could have muffled the sound. You might wanna open it up again to check.
