I know that my mac's os x address book can use bluetooth to identify callers, place calls, and send sms messages...but is there a way to use my mac's mic and speakers as a handsfree calling device (kind of like a bluetooth headset)? This seems like it would be a killer application...

Impossible, since the mac doesn't register itsself as an audio device.
