help me with this. my games and applications cant be opened even if i already resetted it and removed the battery, sim, and memory card over night.

Maybe the apps are faulty, not made to work on a k800i? Have you tried them on another? Or tried legit apps like google map mobile?

i cannot delete the games neither applications coz whenever i click it, it indicates "operation failed".

I'm sure I had this problem once and all I needed to do was move the app from the phone memory to the Memory stick or vice versa.

I'd flashed it already but still it persisted. good thing I found the warranty card and returned it to the store where I bought it. Tnx guys!
