> k800i updating thru SEUS

I kept on updating my phone(k800i) thru SEUS but all it says is Updated program has been installed.. and when i continue and check my firmware its still R1JG001.. anyone who knows how can i update it
one more thing.. just two days ago.. im not using my phone.. with 60% battery life and when i checked it at night.. its off.. no charge.. then i charged it and when i woke up the next morning it goes into 50% battery life left on my phone.. has anyone of you experienced this?
