Please help me ... when ever I plug my phone in it say device not recognised and I cannot find the drivers to install them manually ... any help much appreciated.

it's in the CD included with the package.
otherwise,
download so called USB flash driver.
there's ton of it in google....
to install it, just click install software automatically and choose the folder as the destination. (windows xp) it'll install the software automatically.
