Has anyone had issues with no audio and crackling audio ?
I have a Jabra JX10 and although it connects (you get the audible bleep) and disconnects via the headset when you want to end a call, you get no sound whatsoever.
Also have a TomTom 710 and although I get all the functions (address book, SMS reading and sending etc) I also get crackling audio, drop outs and repeated audio (like an echo but not an echo - if you see what I mean).
Both devices work flawlessly with my K800.
Do I now look to get my 4th K850 ? Or just give up ?
Starting to get peeved off now.

Me too... having problem with HBH-DS970.
It's no problem at all for listening to music but for receiving call it only produces 2 or 3 beep when I press the call button but no action.
Is it a bug?

Phones number 3 and 4 are the same - crackling, drop outs, repeated audio on TomTom and no audio on Jabra JX10.
Phones 1 and 2 worked fine with Jabra and TomTom.
Phones 3 and 4 with 037 software
Phones 1 and 2 with 029 software
So effectively this phone is useless in the car where I spend a lot of time for business.
Can't face another one now so will be dropping it all together. Shame as it showed so much promise.
