I'm trying to hook my SE K750i phone upto my PC via the USB cable. In the past when connecting it, it would come up asking for drivers etc (if SE PC Suite was installed it would find and install the phone automatically)
But now, since re-installing Vista, when connecting the phone up, it just shows in Device Manager with a yellow "!" symbol under "other devices" as:
Sony Ericcson k750i
The descriptions says:
This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1)
To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver.
So it's finding it. But even trying to install the drivers manually gives me the same error. Am I using the correct drivers? (the ones in the SE PC Suite folder) I've tried the SE "How to connect wizard" too but this doesn't pick up anything.
Any ideas? Need to get this sorted asap as I need to backup my phone.
