Hello everybody, and this is my first post in Esato forums

I've been reading the forums for a long time.. Let's get to my questions about my phone;
First of all i have the latest firmware installed (CXC162037 R9J005). My question is that, there are no transitions in list view or music player as i saw on other P1i phones. And also tested with another P1i, my camera moves in slow motion even if it is NOT in night mode. The other P1i camera moves flawlessly! It is perfect.. But why do i have these problems?
Can you guys please inform me about having the same problem??
Thank you very very much!

Yes I have a very slow camera image update and slooooow autofocus.
I just compared it with the P990 and it is much slower image update and autofocus.
Are you saying some P1s have good fast cameras ?, Then ours are not functioning as they should be.
Can they be tested at a service centre and exchanged for perfect working models ?

Yes the P1i that i used has a good camera. I took a pictures in the same place (maybe 10cm difference

). The other one was working just like p990i (fast, no slow motion). Mine was blurry and slow! I want it to act normal!!

The camera on my P1i reacts differently depending on the available light... lower light, it goes into slower shutter mode (not as slow as when you set it to night mode, but still slow)... then the brighter it gets, the faster the refresh rate on the screen.
I'm annoyed that there is no manual white balance...

Yes, i see what you mean about the available light making it faster. The P990 must have a better low light capacity than the p1 then because in the same low light condition it doesnt slow at all, it is a very good low light camera.
Manual light balance ?. There are settings for daylight, cloudy, incandescent and fluorescent, as well as auto, I would call that manual, unless you want to use lens filters to change the properties of the ambient light.

@xnuo: I didn't have time to check the manufacturing date or other info. But i'll check as soon as i meet with my friend again.
@jplacson and log: Yes you are right. That's the whole thing..
@BratPAQ: Transitions are menu animations
