Having real problems setting up email on my K770i via Vodafone (pay monthly) and BTOpenworld email.

I've tried the SE configurator but it didn't work. Have anyone succesfully got bt or vodafone working together? Bt or vodafone don't seem helpful - vodafone kept me on the phone for 10mins then cut me off!

Any suggestions would be a great help.

I should have added the settings I am using...

Account name: "my account"
Connect using: (account setup - PS data, APN= pp.vodafone.net, user=web, password=web)
Email address: myaccount@btinternet.com
Connection type: POP3 (options - POP3 or IMAP4)

Incoming server: mail.btinternet.com
Username: myaccount
Password: *******
Outgoing server: mail.btinternet.com

Encryption - (options - None, TLS or SSL)
Incomming server: SSL
Outgoing server: SSL

Outgoing username: (none - same as ingoing)
Outgoing password: (none - same as ingoing)

Incoming port: 995
Outgoing port: 25

1. bt requires secure authentication - I'm told the phone has this, but can't see any setting to change.
2. does the normal vodafone account allow access to other mailservers?
