18 Month Contract consisting of 150 Anytime mins any network,
500 texts, and 1 months free Voda live 3 Month at £12.50 then £25 after..

I got a free E65 out of them too it was ment to be £25

I had a text today of Vodafone saying my number will be Ported over from 02 Tuesday..

I was also sent a Terms and conditions letter in the post,
still awaiting the Welcome pack if theres any

btw I think you can add bundles like 02

Vodas Internet works out better for me as they say
"Use it when it suits you"

I'll only look at my emails

Myphone was disconnected sometime Monday and my Vodafone sim came on about 3pm.

Yesterday I emailed 02 about final payment(s)
there taking £32.50 last payment then I think additional charges ehich ive used within the next 7-14 days.

they also mentioned that I would be Credited

See the email they sent back:

Thanks for emailing us about your last payment.

We received your last payment of £32.50 on 23 November 2007. This means
we won't request any further payments from your bank account.

Your account was disconnected on 19 November 2007. A final bill will be
generated within 7 to 14 days of the disconnection date above, which
will be in credit. The credit amount will be transferred to your bank
account within 14 days from the bill date.

Please note that our billing system, when working out the final amount,
will take into account the one month line rental that you paid in
advance.

We hope you'll consider using O2 services in the future.

Important - When you email us please provide: your date of birth,
postcode and mobile number as it helps us answer your query faster.

Kind regards,

Binny Pradeep
O2 Customer Service.

So how much credit are they taking about lol

@Miss UK

After they have taken the last payment or even after you have received your credit go into your Bank and cancel the Direct Debit then they can't take any money from your account it will get refused which makes sure there can't be any mistakes.
