my bottom and right side of my 5310 is loose and creaks when i push the bottom row and right row of buttons.would cpw let me claim this on the warranty?or replace/fix it

And if you have the receipt them am sure they would repair it. Think it has to be within 28 days from them
If its after that then am not sure how the warranty works.

Yeh they will defo make repair to that no probs.
If you bought it online, call them and tell them what the problem is and they might let you take it to your nearest store for repair

yeah.i phoned them now and the answering machine said if its less than 28days old i can take it to the closest store and get it exchanged

loads of people have had k850i's replaced no probs and they are meant to exchange for different model or refund you if you aint happy with it within 14 days and if u arent happy with it/faulty you have 28 days to replace for the same phone
so basically you should be fine if u arent happy with the build quality of the keypad then they should let you replace it no problem
