My 910i kept restarting if I plugged my hpm82 headset in and I put it down to the phone being faulty, then I thought I would try the standard type headset you get with the phone and that worked ok .. so after seeing the hpm 90 I bought on the off chance that it may work and it works perfectly with no restarting...

The hpm90 is really really great , has better sound than the hpm82 and the little screen on it is useful and cool and is extremly light in weight ,

So if your W910i keeps restarting when you plug a headset in, buy a hpm 90 I am made up with mine and now my phone works as it should..and the sound quality is much better as well

Hi,

I have used Hpm 70 and hpm 82 with my w800, and i kind of feel that Hpm 82 is little bit tangly.wht do u think?.because the mic and the volume/track changer adaptor seems to be far off,so its difficult to clip both.but how is it with Hpm 90,and how would u rate sound quality based on hpm-70.82.90.

The distance from mic to track change is far like the hpm82 so if you clip the mic on your collar the track change is about half way down my chest.
The wire is very rubbery and quite stiff and if it tangles, a bit of a shake and it seems to untangle itself .
Sound quality to me ..(mainly rock and metal types of music)
hpm 70 not the best sounding headphones but no where near the worst, if you look at them as a budget pair then you would be happy.
hpm 82 seem to be bassier and much clearer sounding and with the controls on them, I was very happy to play music through them for hours at a time.
hpm 90 have used them for a bit today and they seem to define the music more, bass and treble are good and so are vocals. all in all they are an upgrade from the hpm82.

that happens with my h82 too!
I thought it was another software problem .......
I haven't used my w910 with the "standar" headphones included as I use it when I commute and the controls are very comfortable to use in the h82. The thing is that while the music is playing, all of a sudden, it stops, leaves the media player.¿?
I'm not happy with the quality sound though. My w850 sounds much much better and louder.
I hope to flash it soon!
My firmware is:
R1CA029
CA_SH R1CA029
It includes catalan language--at last!.

I've used both HPM-82 and HPM-90 with my W910i and got a similar bug: after a while a hear a bip in the headphones and they're disconnected. I then have to unplug and replug them but I can't rely on them for long listening periods.
