I am a loyal WotanServer customer. Have been using their service for months without problems at all. However, since October, WotanServer has seemingly undergone troubles in releasing new firmwares. One hint is that 3 days ago, Wotan stated at the website R8BA024 for K810, K800 and W880 have been available. Yet, as of now, THERE ARE NO SUCH FIRMWARES named R8BA024 for K810 available in the server. The same thing happened on T650 R8BB001. The website says it, but no files found. I just wonder, why Wotan says they are available, but in fact they are not. What was the purpose? Just to 'fool' the customers? Hope not.
Other hint is NO K770 support. It's DB2020 phone, right? Why doesn't Wotan support it? It's identical to T650 right?
Go to My Account--username password--downloads--K810--get file list and you will see that K810 R8BA024 files are blank. This is so annoying. WotanServer shouldn't have stated the availaibility without any existing files, right?
Have sent them many tickets about it and as usual, NO REPLY.
I just got one short reply many weeks ago--when I challenged them by saying that TopSony has had the newer firmwares earlier---stating that they were experiencing issues that stopped them releasing new firmwares. A bad sign?
Other hint, Wotan is no longer number one in releasing new firmwares, not like what they did last year.
Wotan used to be my recommendation, but now what? Wotan tends to get worse day by day. I always recommend WotanServer because I think it is easy and reliable to anyone here. Hm, or am I wrong here?
Or may be I should patiently wait for the 'real' availabiliy of R8BA024 for my K810? May be.

Oh, dear. Wotan answer is NOT related to my queries. I asked why R8BA024 K810 is stated at www.wotanserver.com as available, but I just can't get the files on their server. So sad, Wotan service is getting worse..

I think Wotan is continue releasing firmwares. Now they have W380 and Z555 firmwares, also firmware updates for some phones.
Unfortunately, they still not supporting A200.
